Stevo, are you aware the Launcher is no longer in the rFactor2 root folder in a fresh install of B798? It's now in ..rFactor2/Launcher/ I can only get Liveracers to work in an AutoUpdated to B798 version. - changed location of LiveRacers.xml config file to root folder
Hi, sorry just a tiny bit off main subject but when i try to view the web page i'm getting done but with errors. It's always done that for me prior to these last few new build releases. I'm running Win7 IE8. All the tab pages are blank bar the boarders and headings just no content. I'm guessing either it might not work with IE8 or some kinda plugin issue from my end but haven't a clue as to how to get the right plugin if that was the problem. I have tried other browsers on the same computer to see if that worked and it did but i don't like to use those browsers. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. cheers
Yeah, I had IE8 on my work PC (old version needed for compatibility with our internal software) and LR never worked well. It's good now that we upgraded to IE9.
Did you update Java and Flash? IE typically has problems with dynamic content so keeping those items up to date at least rules out some items to chase.
Oh ok so it's looking like an IE8 issue. Bummer i tried IE9 long time ago and didn't like they way they were going with it but its looking like IE8 is getting a bit out dated now with more compatibility issues so might have to look into that or something else again. Yeah i'm pretty sure i have but looks like its neither. Thank you both gentlemen for your input. If anyone has got IE8 to work please post away
Hi, most of the functionality should work even in IE8, however you won't get the live track view. I suggest at least IE9 (or other major browser) As F1Fan07 already replied, there is no Java of Flash, is all javascript & html5 (so it runs on mobiles, tablets etc...) Hope that helps, Stevo
Thanks Stevo, That confirms it then, while i'm not even getting any of the other functionality its defiantly the live track view that makes the Liveracers site a great additional tool for server/league events that i'll stop trying to get IE8 to work with it. Just out of curiosity is the 15 or so second in delay a standard due to info getting from server to the LR site? or is there a setting that can be adjusted? (I'm just an end viewer and realise it would be a server/site backend question) Cheers all and great site/product liveracers

Liveracers is awesome I had some troubles getting liveracers working, tried various things including going back to 1.4.0.0, reinstalling rf2 - in the end ticking the 32bit option in advanced tab of the launcher got it going! Maybe a problem with the 64bit plugin? Running on server 2012.
Should be something on your end. Here is running very well, Windows Server 2012 Web Edition, rF2 798/x64. Did you removed proper the old version? Latest Version wich is working: 1.4.0.2

Liveracers doesn`t show our server (http://project-race-rf2.liveracers.info/Live). Any suggestion? We`re on v1.4.0.2 with Build 798 x64 //Edit: At the moment are 2 Server running but only one is showed on liveracers...
Could be the system is down atm our's isn't showing up now but has been working with no problems. I just checked a few other sites using it and theirs are down too. Hang tight it will be back up soon
We´ve been experiencing also some issues. Currently we have 6 servers using LR. Not only rf2 were having issues asweel rf1 servers not showing or showing sometimes only. But Stevo will sort this out and will get LR to its standards again. PS- Stevo, if you read this, you could make some sort of "news section" in LR page so we all be aware of updates. We all be appreciated.
