Build 798 + LiveRacers plugin issue

I have a problem with the Liveracers plugin. I use the latest rF2 build, and the latest Liveracer plugin.
The LR plugin doesn't create log file, and doesn't show my server. I just tried a quick install with rF1 and everything OK, just started the server and there's a log file and the live view is working as well. Anyone any ideas?
