Happy, you like it V1.5 Available - Add two new inputs: "Speed" & "Sector" Speed : Current car speed in m/s Sector : Current sector of the car. 1=sector 1, 2=sector 2, 3=sector 3 Only DLL have changed
Hey mate! You plan for translate your plugin on other languages? I want a russian version your plugin. Thank you.
could you explain these changes a little? Can I just overwrite the old .dll file with the new one and keep the other files?
Tig, I know you are just tired from running laps, so I will remind you that it was stated that only the dll was changed. No other files touched.
I have some more requests, although I'm not sure that they are all possible: - Exact location of a yellow flag in meters, just like LapDist - LapDist one second ago (to calculate if you're going the wrong direction) - The speed limit in pit lane - A trigger when the car is wrecked/doesn't start anymore - A trigger when you get a warning/penalty for cutting the track - A trigger when you get a penalty for speeding in the pit lane - A trigger when you get a penalty for whatever you can get a penalty for ... and there's more to come...
Gerald can you give some examples of using the two new inputs. I must have missed how and why to use them.
Look at the wiki. Each rule can be disabled individualy. If my memory is correct, add this inside a rule section. Code: Enable=0
Those new input have been asked to be able to not saying yellow when it is in your sector and your speed is very low (many chance you are the source of the flag) I have made a wiki to explain in detail how to create custom rule and event. Please look at it in detail.
A big part of the driver's job is to keep an eye out for the corner workers at every corner on every lap, and check water and oil temp/pressure gauges at the very least once per lap , this is what all drivers go through and are trained/taught to do from karting, to F1600, to F2000, to Star Mazda, and on and on. Only once in a while will they get early warnings ahead of time over the radios when it comes to yellow flags, especially in most series (unlike top-end series with tons of electronic equipment and cameras everywhere all over the track). Does every single yellow flag always instantly get reported with this app? If so, can we tone it down somehow? How flexible is the app in terms of these sorts of adjustments?...
Yes the yellow flag is reported instantly. For now you cannot adjust the volume (i'have locked this function for now), but you can use a free app like "Audacity" to de-amplify one or several sounds, or use your own sounds.
Hello, i have started a new thread, so i will be proprietary and will be able to edit the first post. So it will limit the need to read all the thread to find a general information. Please, from now, continue your posts here Thank you
there are "probability" and "priority" and "enable/disable" in the code so you can decide yourself...you can also set each sector separately.
Ok so probability is a % ? So I can set it to only notify me of a particular audio trigger, for example, 15% of the time? 90% of the time? Etc. etc.?
I haven't found specific information on "Voice Attack," in these forums and I wanted to make a quick note for those interested in being able to request the pit or perform other functions without looking away to their button box or other controller. It may also open up your wheel buttons for more vital functions. I have downloaded and am now using a nice voice commanded utility called Voice Attack. You will be limited by your imagination as to what you can do with this powerful utility. There is a 21 day "limited trial," and the price is right. I love my button box, but, it is nice to say "request pit" and get the appropriate action and response of "pit requested." You may want to give it a try. Have fun.
Just found this plugin really cool. What is the best way to remove infos. I donĀ“t need the brakes are cold or tires are cold for example you just erase those wav files or replace them with my own?
