Hi guys today I went to race the FR3.5's but when I went to the grid all of the AI cars exploded and the game crashed.

For all the single seater cars I then tried and track this has happened. Although sometimes the cars just explode the game does not crash. With the clios and meganes this didn't happen though.

What do you suggest? Anyone else had this issue?

The first time I noticed it was when I installed the two F1 2013 demos I may try uninstalling them.

    Edit
Tried and it made no difference.

I had the same problem after the new update and finally fix the problem by doing a second install into new directories. Select the new directories in the mod manager and reinstall all the components. All seems to be working fine now but not sure why this worked.

I get this problem too, only tested with F ISI, Marussia, and both those F1 mods.

    Same problems for me too.
Tim said "First thing would be to disable plugins you're using...".
But that is not the problem, cause I don't have any extra plugins installed....

I try a fresh installation in the next days. Maybe this helps. Will report the result here

Same here. I can't drive MR01 on any track in race mode. It's really bad... alot of weird black grafix glitches and my car feels stuck, like if all other cars are on top of it... can't drive away from it... Some messed up stuff happens.

Honestly it sounds like you don't have build 156 installed.

If you think you do, go to cp and uninstall, then go to program files and make sure the rf2 dir is gone (if not, delete it). Then go to documents and delete everything except the packages dir in the rf2 dir there. Reinstall from the full installer.

This is what I did when installing 156. I uninstalled old, removed program files, removed my profile dir and backupped my packages folder. Completely clean.

But guess I'll have to try again!

Did you removed the 'installed' folder from documents/rfactor2?

Yes. I only recovered my old packages folder and reinstalled everything from mod manager. Im currently downloading the full setup again and will try again to make 100% sure i'm clean. Is it OK to reuse my configs in UserData?

Should be, yes. When you are installing clean, are you trying just ISI content?

Yes. I found it. Re-using my old player.PLR causes it... so I'm going to retry setup my config from scratch now. Maybe I will come across a setting that causes it. Ill keep you updated.
