A quick search would probably have helped you avoid the dumb question lol. Not many cars out yet but check the modding section with info on whats out and whats known to be WIP.
I am new to this I have looked endlessly on this forum but i cant seem to find anything only cars that are going to be released.

As it is still in BETA I dont think you can expect a great deal of content from a plaform/game specifically set up for modding. There isnt a great deal of Vehicles released yet by either ISI or MOD teams. Apart from the F2 from ISI expected to be released soon I would not expect any major MOD team releases until after rF2 goes gold.... Hope that helps.
We are currenlty building loads of cars at MAK-Corp. But they will probably be released when rFactor 2 goes Gold.
Does anyone know when it will be released because a lot of cars seem to be coming out soon as the game is out of beta

ISI worked with Formula 2 Chief Engineer James Goodfield.... It was tested on a multi-thousand dollar professional Base Simulator by real Formula 2 drivers.... And it comes with ISI's new tire model A tire model so sophisticated, a modder had this to say about it: Now that's a car
Dude, this is KILLER! The chief engineer and tire model detail. THIS SHOULD BE PLASTERED ALL OVER ISI'S WEBSITE AND ON BSIMCENTRAL, etc. as this is cool! Let's hype it up!!!!
rF had 12 cars released ( 14 variations ) including updates. rF2 already has more in beta if you count Eves and Sparks. I should be so lucky...........
Although it is hard to contain ourselves sometimes (I love the F2, a lot), we aren't trying to hype rF2 too much outside the existing community. There are things (as discussed in another thread) now in the UI, etc, there are problems and issues which we would prefer not to introduce people to that have, maybe, never used a PC sim, etc. It should be quite exciting once gold hits, as I assume at that point, stability and features should be good for introduction to new people.
