I've been trying out that Mountain Forest track myself and it is great fun.

 

yeah i don't think i will make this race Ive been busy and haven't been on my computer to practice ill see you guys at the next one

Well, I'm back on track. Online track looks faster than offline. Still a second from Marcel's outstanding time, I will have to try harder tomorrow prior to race (struggling with poor rear traction in this track).

By the way, I see the AI cars (when not crashing) taking a very wide line in the entry of the curve that comes after the quick chicane. They get out of the track line (white line) through the left to take advantage in that curve. Does this track allow this? or must we stay within the track lines in that area too (I guess so)?

 

Unless this aerial photograph is old, there is only 1 layout that i can see...the 2.7km layout.

There's three track options in single player mode. We're running the full course.

 

google maps doesn't either show that variant of the track.

 

So does that mean the extra track options are fictional?

 

Has everyone changed their multiplayer.ini file to fix some lag issues? If not details >HERE<.

I think that the track has been renovated, and the layout has been added. Just not in Google Maps yet. (Same you can notice when searching new tracks like korea and india. Maybe they are there now, but it did take a while I believe). Also about that, I remember seeing the old Hochenheimring for a LONG LONG time, multiple years after it had changed you still saw the old layout

1 thing, the Botnia track isn't yet in the leaguesite' hotlaps list.

Im a sucker for stats ;-)

Sorry, I was tired when I wrote that last night. Hotlaps on the Server will only show Official Qual and Race day times as they calculated from the xml's upload to the league site after the event.
