OK this didn't happen to me before but after i had to re-install windows when i put some of the mods in my package folder and i install the mod it disappears and then its not in the game it is doing it with the gt endurance and the Clio cup
If you are running rF2 via a shortcut, right click on the shortcut, select properties, go to compatibility tab and make sure Run as Administrator is ticked. Click apply and then ok. I've found if you don't do that, mods don't install right. Even though its said that issue was fixed in win7, I still find it plagues a lot of games and programs if you don't run them as administrator. You can then run the mod manager through the game's startup section. Alternatively, you can go to your C:\Program Files(x86)\rFactor2\Core folder and perform the same process as the above for the shortcut on the rfactor2.exe, ModMgr.exe and rF Config.exe files. Also a further note, if you have multiple hard drives and didn't install rF2 into the default directory which should be C:\Program Files(x86)\rFactor2 then you will have problems again. I installed it in a different location and mods wouldn't work. I had to uninstall and re-install to the default directory. For some reason rF2 doesn't like being placed into a custom directory on win7 64bit.
Seems we posted at the same time. Looking at your screenshot, your rfmods etc should be in Documents/rFactor2/Packages folder and installed from there. Not in C:\Program Files(x86)\rFactor2\Mods folder I did that too at first but wouldn't work so I uninstalled them all, placed all the rfmods into Documents/rFactor2/Packages folder, installed from there using mod manager, and it worked.
ill try that but some of the installers i cant see so how do i uninstall them, im going to reinstall rfactor and try what u said
Also be sure to go to File and set your mod path to Documents\rFactor2\Packages after you've uninstalled and moved them.
