I too think that in F2 or F1 some rule should be made about changing lanes in the ovals.

 

To go one step further on this, while exiting pit lane, one should stay at right hand side and enter right hand lane at turn 1 of banking.
Similarly, in order to enter pits, one should enter right hand side lane at turn 2 on banking.
There should be a DQ otherwise.

 

You should enter the pits from the exit of parabolica not the banking.imo

I completely agree with you. Pits should only be entered after Parabolica and after the exit you should take the right side. The problem at the moment is, that there is a bug with the timings.
If you leave the pits the first time in a session and take the bankings you only half to do half a round before a timed lap. But if you do this a 2nd time in a session you have to do 1 1/2 laps properly before you can do a timed lap because the game thinks you are in Sector 1 while you are actually in Sector 2 (where the pits are).

 

See my #87 post at page 5. I thought I was the only one with this, till now lol.

I know about this thread but haven't posted there because gorgias explanation described it well enough already only with other words than mine. But if it helps, I will post my observations too.

But, be honest; mistakes happen, but do you really want a guy in there of whom you're SURE of he IS going to do that?

I should really read the threads I start more carefully. Thanks for posting anyway, if anything I think it helps as they can look at our specs and see if there is a relationship there, some people don't seem to experience this bug...or at least I haven't seen many people talking about it.
