    Great job and thanks for the effort into this mod!
    I always wanted to own a Maserati!
    So far all my money could afford is a Nissan Sentra 1.8...automatic...2006...

    Tommy78,
    Have had all Sears Point and Maserati installs disappear when I try and update to 1.3. Do I need the ensure the previous files are there? Remove all previous versions? Only have 1.2 and 1.3? Looks like I may have to reinstall rF2 again, but would like to know what I'll need when I go to run it again. I have all versions, and recently had v1.2 working just fine.

    I just tried this for the first time, but unfortunately I had no engine sounds at all. :( Tried only the rfcmp.

    First tried the 1.3 updated from 1.2, then unistalled and tried only 1.2.. Same thing, no engine sounds. :confused:

    Edit: Ok I saw that I had no soundfile in the mods manager, so I installed the rfmod and now it is there. So the rfmod have to be installed in any case(?) Trying again now.. :)

    Edit2: Yep, works now. :)

    Very nice mod indeed. :D Sounds and feels real nice. Only the cockipit view thourgh the windshield is a bit too dark and hazy for my liking, don't know if that even can be adjusted though?

    This is happening to me as well. I put the v13 update in the packages folder and installed it, but now the mod has completely disappeared from the manager and doesn't appear in-game. No matter what I do I can't get it to appear again. I've tried removing and replacing the files to no avail. There is seemingly no solution.

    If you have the V1.2 rfmod version simply copy the v1.3 rfmod into the packages folder and in the mod manager shows the star at the Maserati mod, right click and update.
    Id you have the v1.2 rfcmp version, copy the v1.3 rfcmp into the packages foldet and in the mod manager untick the "show mods only" and you see the star next to the Maserati vehicle v1.2 right click and update.

    Somewhere in the topic, and of course, in the first post as well.

    Now that I checked some vids it looks like the Megane or 370z for example have a bit clearer and brighter view through the windshield.
    Tommy78 - Is this something that could be adjusted? :)

    That's what I did. After it updated it completely disappeared from the mod manager, and nothing I try makes it reappear. Like wkr_matt I think I'll have to reinstall rF2.

    @tommy78:

    Hey mate, just did another long run on a rubbed in track and experienced the same problem as before. Last time I didnt see your reaction to my post, but would really appreciate it if you did so this time. Both right side wheels lift up in the air through corner 2 at Mid-Ohio(other corners here as well, although less pronounced), as you can see on the screens below. It feels like a very high COF of very low rollcentre that just makes the car tumble over during hard cornering. For if not clear from the pics, I didnt hit the curbs and the wind speed is set at 18 kp/h(it is said not to be working anyway:D).

    For the rest, very enjoyable mod which I have spent numerous laps driving, and thats why I maybe so often encounter this prob:) hehe. Keep up the good work!

    Three suggestions for the next update:
    1. Make the windscreen less dark and "cold"
    2. Reduce the speed-sensitive camera shake
    3. Reduce the FOV angle for the in-car camera

    You can remove these unrealistic vibrations in PLR file.

    Find these lines and set values to zero.(or at least reduce to minimum)
    You can also instal Realhead motion plugin, it works very good with rf2.
    link

    Cockpit Vibration Mult1="1.0000" // Primary vibration multiplier affects eyepoint position (base magnitude is in VEH or cockpit file)
    Cockpit Vibration Freq1="36.00000" // Primary rate of vibration affects eyepoint position (higher framerates allow higher rates)
    Cockpit Vibration Mult2="1.0000" // Secondary vibration multiplier affects eyepoint orientation (base magnitude is in VEH or cockpit file)
    Cockpit Vibration Freq2="36.00000" // Secondary rate of vibration affects eyepoint orientation

    I don't mind it in the other cars. It just seems exaggerated in the Maserati.

    Good to see my post helps out in more occasions!

    @Tommy,
    When the mod is finished, are you planning to release a new base version, or do we need to use all the updates to get to the final version? Just curious ;)
