Nice Micheal, thanks for that nice work ! Alternative Download here: http://www.rsrl.de/include.php?path=contentarchive&type=4 Puplic Server: www.rfactor-2-liga.de_1 Driving aids: automatic clutch, all other out
Michael did you change anything on the physics?`I get a lot of ratteling through the fast sepang corners including a large drop in grip. tried quite some changes in the setup but couldn't get rid of it. Strange thing to me. The rest looks good again.
you think the old physics were better? did go to tuning next to showroom and try all tyres? ss h m? i can always put old physics back from last version.
Let me first try that. I had used the "all tires" option. (was default?) But I didn't tried the different compounds in the garage. Only SuperSoft... Gimme a sec.
Ok i have a grip problem also not nice lots of oversteer . is the problem you have only on the BMW the Ferrari feals ok to me.
Ok thanks for the info i have to go out now back in a few hours then i fix it. i think i have missed something out in the HDV file do you think i shuld use the other physics from last version?
Hard to say. The other physics already felt good but we have to test the new release with the missing parts added to get a proper feel for it. With the Ferrari I felt a lot more grip straight from the start. But if that is like it should,...who knows.
I just attempted to install this mod after installing build 69. I installed the FRK1033_ISIBMWF108_FERRARI08MOD.rfmod file in the Packages folder and started up the rfactor2 mod manager and attempted to install it. I see the *** Unable to install the following mods ***. It shows the name as Intel BMWF108 + Ferrari08, version as 0.8, type of Mod, Installed as No, and a size of 205,714,943. I have also just installed other mods (e.g., F12012.rfmod) and they installed correctly. Any ideas?
Nice mod, but i don't like the physics of the BMW, it seems to drive on ice, i've no grip in curbs, but for the rest is good, i'm wating for a F2008's modupdate. It's normal that the only tire that i can use are supersoft?
But the AI seem to have this grip if you look from cockpit view how they're taking the corners...curious, but when I drive, the car becomes sliding at 80 kmh
Id have to agree with you here on this. No matter what I do in the garage I cant get rid of the "ICE" feeling. Hit the throttle and around she goes. Not very realistic IMHO.
Just had a good laugh. I started the race at Monaco then retired to the pits to watch the AI. One after another they all hoofed it, at the chicane after the tunnel. There was the most spectactular 'barrel roles' over the wall and into the sea! One car was stuck in the run-off area so I patiently waited for him to resume but he just kept going backwards and forwards. Then, after 5 mins, all the cars returned flying over the sea walland raced in reverse for a few laps before becoming stationary on the grid. Thanks for the laugh guys
