There is beta commentary on content as well, animations / AI behavior on tracks, rain in tunnels. Game engine pieces are not the only items worth beta testing. Additionally from an interest standpoint its good to keep individuals interested through any process, beta or otherwise.
do you think there could be some gt cars or exotic cars in next stage? something with good handling but fast even an old ferrari 355 would be sweet can you tell us what cars are to come?
hi is your android rev meter thing ( in your picture) working ok with rfactor 2? i have the trial version but it went straight on to asking me to pay befor eit let me try it .. does it work sweet ya?
I hope that TrackIR comes with the first update. Personally I find it hard to participate in the beta (even though I bought it already) without TrackIR. I am very excited to participate as so far the beta looks great. Thanks
Tim, last question! we will have only this addon? or there is more than that? • Mountain Peak Speedway (oval with infield road course and 2 kart tracks) • Palm Beach International (road course and kart track) • Quebec SuperKarting (3 layouts)
SBK 2011 is bull****, its not a simulation and the graphic looks like totaly "pixeled" SBK 08 was much better and nearly a simulation
Judging by the Packaging tutorial video they posted the next update could very well include GT cars, the Nissan GT-R GT1 (?) and 370Z GT4. They haven't confirmed this obviously, but it was hinted at in the video.
Ouh yeah hopefully the nissan gt1! But with full tyre simulation (temperature) and animations in shifting, then Im happ. And yeah, this week....Tim would that be possible?
speaking about updates: has anything been identified regarding the AA issues on ATI? In this thread you've been asking for more info. I posted some: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/2047-Severe-jaggies-with-ATI/page2
any news on when this update is coming.? i thought some time this week... it's not as i can't wait for it, but would be nice to know when to start looking for it, as i have lost interest in the Beta all ready, due to bugs, and the horrid online crashers, and the limit of tracks for the cars. it would be nice to drive all cars on any track without adding any mod patch. the sites are starting to get cluttered with a lot of needless mods to be able to drive a track you like. i thought rF2 was going to find a solution to that.? it hasn't been out long, and i see it's starting to get a bit cluttered.
