Personally I'd go for the vintage version, because we have a ton of modded versions of the modern one, and several will be released anyway, as well as a ton of other games where it's featured. Only GPL has the old one, it's time someone has another shot at it. And I'm also hoping that Lienz makes a comeback. Love mountain roads.
Nordschleife as the '66 layout of the Nurburgring would be epic. Montjuich as 'sort of a' Barcelona track would be really cool. Taking a look at the '66 F1 season calendar you'd have to expect Monza though. Here's hoping for The Green Hell
By Evil do you mean......Birmingham Evil Scott...so..umm...any plans on brining that magical track accross...one of my all time Favourites for Rf and I notice you name is attached to it
PBIR Karting 2011 or pre FWT? I was wondering if you guys could comment on whether or not the Kart track at PBIR is the one with the Chicane in the middle of the straight, or the current version that bends slightly? To bad that PBIR won't be in the beta seeing as the Florida Winter Tour is coming up soon Also, will we have access to the Drag Strip in PBIR? I heard you guys modeled the "whole track" and was wondering if that meant the Drag Strip as well. Thanks!
Plans, evil or otherwise can only mean one thing.. I.O.M *gasps! (havent read this whole thread yet).
I would be very very happy if Interlargos could make it in to the game at some point Fantastic work on the Beta so far guys, loving this game
It would be great if the package of sixties years could be finished,as i think it's the best graphics featured at this moment. So many tracks exist already from RF1. I hope it's enable to convert from RF1 to RF2. Like "Virtua LM" did for Mid Ohio, maybe could be same for Sebring ,Fuji,Rouen,Le mans,.... and so nices releases from this team. see you next
MMM... I wish in a future release: Nurburgring. Mosport. Watkins Glen. Zandvoort... all classics versions. 60's. I like very much. PD: Sorry my english...
Clermont, Rouen and Zandvoort would really be killer tracks for the classics! Would also love to see Road Atlanta from ISI, because it hasn't been done proper in the past and the SCGT track is, well, "rather" old.
Hi ISI, I was just wandering if you guys liked the idea of "Open world" City type maps being created for Online multiplayer Cruising and if you ever considered adding some support for them in the modding tools?. Dzsezi has converted the Vice city map to gtr2, and previously he also made some smaller sections of vice city in to tracks for RF1
i dont think this is interesting to have an empty city (in Vice city its alive with traffic and people). so whats the point of this to have an empty city??
I dont know what the deal is with the vice city track, not sure if it has been released properly. If its online multiplayer it wont be empty will it. If their is support in the tools to set up traffic lights for example it could be more interesting. Maybe try out a cruise server on LFS, its fun, their are members roleplaying as police officers and chasing speeders and street racers and fineing them and stuff like that. their is also a credits system and ways of unlocking faster cars.
