Problem with VR low FPS

I'm running the league in rfactor2, which is run through the website, so I can't get into the graphical menu and can't change it.

I will upload photos of my problem.
every time I start it in VR, it is automatically set to windowed, I have 50 FPS. when I change it to fullscreen I have 90 FPS?

 

in your gfx config, select the drop down at the top and select the config file for VR. You are changing the desktop one. Also select your gpu not auto.

 

i changed every single one. I also changed the GPU and saved it. no change.

 

Can you explain a bit more how the game is started when joining the league server?

 

first option spectator or drive. I use Drive and I'm in the garage menu

 

Ditto. I don't understand exactly your setup, but the issue is clear to me.

So when you run Windowed + VR, it seems it will take the max FPS from your monitor Hz. Edit: you have selected 50 Hz as refresh rate in rF2 config so that's why it will be 50 FPS in VR mode.

 

but then how is it possible when I have 50hz and give fullscreen I have 90fps?
