@sg333 i set weather to sunny and change the temp just a click or something to be sure that i dont have clouds ....but i have senn sometimes in the during dusk or dawn the clouds looks good but only this and not other time of day

 

Is there any 'trick' to getting no clouds at all or making them disappear? I seem to be unlucky and get clouds blocking the sun and I dont like the 'dull' look it gives the game

 

@Alex Sawczuk Alex mate the clouds has weird shapes that all i say other than that i m sure someday we will see a weather overhaul to something better.

 

With what car ? It might not be new issue, it might be that you just noticed that now. To me this is important issue, but I won't talk about it because everyone seems to be bored of me repeating it.

Is anyone having an issue with creating or editing an aiw file in the release candidate? When I go to record a path as soon as I choose to save as main or pit path the aiw editor crashes. I go back to using the previous beta and the aiw editor works fine.

 

At Long Beach cars are making a mess in the pitlane when entering their pitsstal. Driving into the barrier. Other cars will not reappear during free practice and qualification , once they return to their garages. Drove today in a BMW M4 GT3, 100% ai strength and 27 aggression. Total of 40 cars, GT3's, BTCC and DPI's

Installed yesterday and it’s been good so far except on some mod tracks like Suzuka where the AI is all over the place

but one thing I need to confirm as now we have a widget for gas brake and clutch but no FFB meter still right?
I am using self made Simhub overlay for that purpose but it doesn’t work in VR, at least I am not aware how to make it work

We have a NEW Release Candidate for you, ahead of our Q2 early release update tomorrow.
The full changelog is as follows:

• Fixed custom / VR config file changes not saving to the right file
• Fixed Battery Regen cockpit bar rendering the wrong data
• Increased battery use to finish readout decimal places to 2
• Fixed AI state breaking in some pitlanes, causing cars to do random things
• Fixed crash when saving AIW
• Fixed intermittent crash when installing content
• Updated method for sharing if a rain light is active over network, to ensure better consistency when it is used to show in the pit lane, battery regen or due to the weather

I usually recommend to the pilots in my group who race in VR to use a program that might help you.
It was originally open source and later became paid.
The open source version is called OpenVRDesktopDisplayPortal-v1.0.6, the paid version is called OVRdrop.
The purpose of this program is to display windows of other programs in the VR world with the option to resize and position them.
