You're welcome. I lowered the settings a bit and especially texture detail solved this. I made a video with night to day transition @ Sebring 12H Layout with the settings below. No issues here.

Yes, after restarting, the in-game UI package list is updated. But after deleting or installing a package, it is not updated after refreshing the list. So it need a restart to have it updated. Refreshing does not work over here.

Can't change HUD and packages won't update if changed. So we have to get back to the old UI, to change the HUD. And the packages are actually updated, but not update at the UI when updating and refreshing them.
