cache_sounds is disabled. load_sound_files_on_startup is enabled. I don't remember ever changing these, so I imagine those are the defaults?

When update 4.6.6.2 was released, Crew Chief stopped having any voice lines whatsoever. It plays the background noise only. I tried doing a clean reinstall (using revo uninstaller to hopefully grab anything left behind) and the problem persisted, so I waited for an update since I wasn't sure...
