Looks great. If I want to use one as standard profile (in main game directory) which of the two files should I use? Is there a difference?
Sorry but I still don't get this. The game always loads a single HDP file, or am I mistaken? It never loads two files at once. What I do is simple to have a standard HDP file in the main game dir, and select it for each track once, then it gets stored. If your profile isn't track-specific, there is no need to install it for each track folder.
Current profile here Yourname\Documenten\rFactor2\UserData\player\Settings\Track (Only if you dont whant to reload the track for the hdr profile to work!) TrueLightsUltraHDR profile here Yourname\Documenten\rFactor2\UserData
Could you post more screens of late evening or rain mid day. please. i do like the Isi profiles atm (some realistic looking time of days), what differs here?
Wow, I have to say I didn't expect this. HDR profiles are a compromise, they can't be really good for every track (IMHO), but I'm definitely impressed. Tried this on Mores at 6:30-7:00 in the morning, and it's better than automation, definitely. The difference is clear. Night is very dark, very difficult to drive without trackside lights though. Lighting coming from sun and car lights is not so burnt anymore. Excellent! Thanks INSQMNIAC!
so I have to go in every single track and copy/paste both files. and current profile is going to be overwritten in way to make the new HDR works ?
You can put hdr profiles in your main r factor 2 folder also then they can be used by all tracks. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk
nice profile, but after trying I do prefer the ISI automation because I think automation looks more natural this gives a good alternative to those that prefer it though, thanks for sharing
I think it depends very strong on how the displays are calibrated. I like this HDR profile thanks for sharing ATM I use it very often because it damp the reflection issue and give me the right amount of contrast for a natural colour look. Alex
Thanks for this it looks good. One slightly off topic question, where did you get the skin for the Darsche from? I like it and would love to add some skins to my URD collection but I've not seen any around. Thanks
Its buried in the rf2 skins thread. I've tried to get that section segregated into vehicle sub sections but to no avail yet. Cough Tim cough Sent from my RM-875_eu_euro1_260 using Tapatalk
Its a shame cos there's some great skins in there. I found about 15 for the darche. But for newbies alike they wont sift through that, and i dint blame them. You will be lucky if a search picks up them all either. Sent from my RM-875_eu_euro1_260 using Tapatalk
