Nah, I did a little tweaking. Much softer springs in the front, about 170ish and about 180ish in the rear, and more DF front and rear.

That isn't even close to as much poking as possible.

try some full braking with cooling 1 and 100%, you need to get brakes over 650 C

Disc glow on the C7R for me. I don't remember seeing it on the other EGT cars though

Glowing starts at 650 °C? Isn't that a little high. Carstat2 tells me opt. brake temp ends at 590

optimal temp vs glowing disc doesnt need to match ;) Steel rotors will start to glow at some °C and not when its on opt temp ;)

I`m not sure, but if the disc`s glowing, it isn`t a sign that the temp`s are to high?

//Edit: Didn`t saw your Posting, Ales. Sure, the Disc`s become glowing, when they are above the opt. temp.

Hi, If I try loading C7R with AI cars (only C7R's) I get a CTD.
C7R will load on it's own but I have tried with 23/15/7/1 AI selected and get a CTD with the message -
"Error loading mesh file C7R_COCKPIT_LD_LD.GMT to memory".
Player detail Full, Opponent detail Medium.

    C6 works fine.

    Thanks for all your work.

*edit, found it. I was reading around on some forums that it should be 650 for racing steel discs.

I can drop this to 600 or even under 600 for fronts, those are usually glowing up, its not a problem for me.

Just a question to those, who have heard a C7R and a C6R in real life: Do these cars really sound the same? I'm wondering, because the URD-C7R is using the same sound files like the C6R.
(BTW .... this is not a rant. Just asking):)

As we are talking about brakes. Do they last a 24h race?
