I get an 'Unable to Verify File' error message when trying to install the 141 CR6 file, file size is correct & d/l from the main mirror off the download page. EDIT: The Dropbox version verified and installed correctly.
Uploaded file size checks out, and all the mirrors used that link before I made it public. Unfortunately we're probably overloaded and giving you a fail dl. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
I also had this problem, 4 or so trys from the ISI link both with and without a DL accelerator, dropbox worked fine first time.
I'll reupload tomorrow. Just to check, you guys aren't right clicking and saving as, right? Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
Darn. I thought maybe you were getting a php header rather than the file or something... Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
quote from Kill Bill: "He took the skin from version 1.0 and put it in the new version, somehow overlap inscriptions with Marussia" How do you get rid of those higher resolution textures in version 1.42 for your own made skin?
Last time I did that it was on the dev version, I'll have to confirm. Regarding the download failures, I reuploaded what I tested to be a working file... I downloaded it again and tested it... If you continue to get issues with downloads (unless it's just an incomplete file due to load), I am out of answers...
I'm with him. But I'll go a step further, and say the Marussia AND C6R feels lighter, in general, but rearend wants to flip ALL the time. I have tried in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears, to get going, and it will swap ends on me. Should I delete some talent files, or something? Both cars feel worse to me. For C6R, using default setup, I left front at 2 wing, and rear I had to go up to 36 wing, and it STILL does it. To get Marussia remotely stable (I prefer neutral cars), the rear wing was maxed out. Help?
Rear wing is just one part of a very complex system. If you are having trouble in the lower gears it probably isn't the wing as at lower speeds it has less effect anyway.. Your problems are more likely Diff settings and/or Spring/Damper setup etc. or a heavy right foot
Warm tires, rubber the track in, easier on throttle, make sure you have the default setup, then try brake balance if you have to, though if its spinning on throttle more likely you just need more laps. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
...and by more laps I mean, you need to learn the car as it handles now. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
Has the Marussia been updated since the initial release of it? Has the corvette been updated since the initial release? If so, how many times have they been updated? Were the updates just version numbers or actual changes to the files? If they were just version numbers updated (no actual file changes) then will I be able to play others with the old version numbers? Ahhhhhhhh, so confused. By the way Tim. You didn't have to lock my thread I started today. I honestly spent a good hour or so of my time trying to make a very thorough and helpful example for you guys. That post wasn't meant to complain and moan, but was honestly meant to offer my help/advice to you guys as I am a fan and supporter of you guys, hence why it was such a thorough post. I hope you guys use that for ideas on future possibilities
Well, I didn't mention it, but I soften up the springs, raised the "power" diff, and lowered anti roll bar.
Forum addon via a PM would be cool, as you can trigger Pop-ups when you get a new PM then it'd be hard for people to miss updates that way!
