Paste the folder "F1L013_VEHICLES" into "~\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\"

 

unrar the package into : "~\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\"

"~\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\F1L013_VEHICLES\
and is good
