I really hope some version of Rouen makes it into the game. The VLM version's layouts are way off, but I still loved that track. The Ferrari Legends track is fantastic too.
Here is a punt in the dark for the next track. Motorland Aragon in Spain funny enough the World Series by Renault goes there.
I discovered Rouen in rF1 (VLM did it AFAIK) and once again in pCARS. Shame on me I never played GPL, too busy at that period of my life... Thanks guys, even if your answers made me sad as it couldn't be Rouen Tim talked about
This could very well be it. Not a very famous track, it's Tilke designed and not too boring actually. And yeah, it would tie in nicely with the FR3.5. Plus it hasn't been featured in a sim before, as far as I know? EDIT: Okay for a modern track this is actually pretty freakin' cool.
We Ran a race at Aragon in a f3 series in rf1 , great track for that style of car..Looking at that vid the rf1 version was very good by comparison as well
I would also bet for motorland. I would expect a reasonable licensing fee since they are pushing hard to make it a reference in motorsport. Motorcycling has already been there. The drivers had good critics about it. enviado mediante tapatalk
Its great watching WSBK and MotoGP when they are there, I really like the look of the circuit. Still...i want that Bilster Berg...very muchly.
So I guess it could very well be either Aragon or Blister Berg plus another track in close proximity of ISI headquarters. Haha or not...
In some ways unfortunate since it looks nice, BUT then again, when I did read their site and it said 'Not for racing purpose' (or something like that) I became less enthusiastic about it immidiatly
'Not for racing purposes' on the Bilster Berg site is more a legal point. It is very very hard (or close to impossible) to get a permission to build a new track in Germany because of all the extreme tree huggers around, even if this place was a military base with choppers and everything before. And if you have an official racetrack you need a lot of infrastructure not neccessary for a private trackday site (lots of parking spots, security, grandstands and the like). So it is not so much the racetrack which is not designed for racing, but the surrounding infrastructure. Still a pity they seem to be not interested in any collaboration at all - despite good contacts...
Would have been a real selling point, having Blister Berg in the sim. But hey what are you gonna do. Loads of other awesome tracks around.
