Well actually.

 

We're in beta and you're going to have to be prepared for things to go backwards. It's just the way it is unfortunately.

 

Tell me how does it work faultless for months then suddenly does not.
Something has been changed ..............Process of elimination.

Was wrong to allow mods and conversions.

Half arsed imho, it is like doing proving ground tests for a car and adding after market parts.

People are too concerned racing and not enough testing.

Unfortunate yes, I will be asking for a refund tomorrow if I can't host, wasted most of my weekend on this.

I'm almost happy with how it is right now. The only thing I'm missing is particle effects like tyre smoke and such in replays. And that is nothing essential.
Everyone has their preferences, I guess.

 

So I pay for the privilege to try and actually try to do proper testing while others set my rooms you can't even join.

Something could have been changed on ISI's end. I know some of you are getting annoyed at the word beta but it is what it is.

 

Durge, is it possible that the problem lies on your end of the line maybe? Whenever I'm having trouble with something I tend to blame the other side only to find out later it was my fault actually.
This is in no way meant to offend you or insult your intelligence. I'm merely trying to point out possibilities.

 

If you don't like conversions, quit downloading them. Me, I kinda like the conversions. I like driving tracks in order to figure out the line, but I'm not going to drive the same tracks over and over and over. Apparently a lot of others like to download conversions and those made from scratch.

Some "learning" modmakers learn something by converting tracks or cars, others do better building from scratch, and some do both.
Besides, I also like watching that download line march across the little downloading box.

 

Were do I say I don't like mods. lol
I have downloaded, tested and screenshot every mod and track in all sims.

All I am saying they never said there would be mods in beta test did they ?
It has diluted the rooms, pretty simple to comprehend.

You can't beta test with add ons because you can't validate results.

I have long held ( since F1-2002 ) that servers could easy be separate for such things like Aids/No aids, Mods/ No mods.
