Problem: No account exists with these credentials.

Hello, just installed the update and when you open the launcher I get it where it should be my account name:

I have reinstalled my name appears rf2 and install the update but when I appear again: "No account exists With These credentials", the good thing is that I can play online and single player but I do not think that is very normal to see that.

What is the problem?

I got the same problem, a new password generated by Image Space did not work.

try to use small caps for email like: name@email.com not Name@Email.com

 

Yes, my email is all lower case

 

I have the same issue. I forgot my password so got a new one from ISI. When I enter the new password I received it does not work.

 

once i had a similar problem with another program it was that the key was some random keys like:jh28XM2_ and I selected it with space. try to paste it in and count how many letters are in password and compare with number of dots/stars.

 

Solved for me. I gave it a day and it works.

I mean did the guys fix it for everyone.

I'm still the same, I can play online and single player, but leaves the happy message: 'No account exists With These credentials, which should tell welkome xxxxx.
I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled, to welcome and there it goes my name account, but when I install the update, my name no longer appears in the launcher, again the Message ....

Same problem here, went to Purchase, tried to reactivate first it didnt help, then changed password under Manage Account - still the same confusing message.

I just installed the update 60 and I have the same problem. I have same error "No account exists With These credentials". All options are available in game thou. This is not for sure related to email, is in lower caps and worked before installing the update. Please help!

"No account exists with these credentials." message. Just wondering if there is a fix?

 

Same problem here - just purchased and installed as the beta post "install for first time use thread" instructs. Could still play the single player game.
