The lap times uploaded by user has information about if driver has used driving aids? Its possible to make the uploader send setup used for his hotlap?

Currently we don't have any means of detecting if / what aids were being used as it's not stored in the CCH file, also there's no provision for hotlap verification & monitoring; right now rf2 is completely based on a "honour system" that stipulates players won't cheat (heck, you can edit the cch file in a text editor, but that's ok as I prefer such a system over some weird encryption stuff that's bound to get hacked anyway some day).

If you're worried about others not being quite so honest, simply use the "buddy list" feature and add only people you trust.

Sorry, I overlooked your question. You can find the CCH (not blt ) files in your rfactor2/UserData/Player folder.

The .blt is created by either the script or the program you can get from the gpl-rank page. The .cch'es are the base for the .blt which is a conclusion of all classes, tracks and times.
You should upload the career.blt.
