My latest release! the 2019 25 Hours of Thunderhill winner! Special thanks to the team for providing the logos I couldn't find! NOTE: The carbon isn't paintable on this model. So the ESR class sticker and the extra yellow accents are missing. https://www.racedepartment.com/down...rsports-25-hours-of-thunderhill-winner.30091/
Latest 2019 Bathurst 12 hour skins I know this is the wrong model for this car for the race but I chose to stay with all 397 GT3 cars for two main reasons BOP and shaders, I must admit these turned out better than expected. I have about 3 GT3 skins and 1 Porsche cup car to go (I may release one or two other lower class cars not sure yet) I am trying to have it finished before the 2020 race... A couple of other friendly skinners have kindly agreed to let me use their skins in the pack of course I will give full credit to them on release. So all going well it should be a field of around 31-32 cars. For those interested in the Australian PCC skins I have around 15 complete (I was aiming for 21) and may release version 0.8 before Christmas see how life treats me Small update there has been a lack of activity from me because of PC problems, holidays then an extremely close relative passed away so skinning was put on hold for a while but slowly getting back into it
Dumb question time again sorry.... What is the difference between update from & minimum build? I have been creating these packages with "update from" checked and the second lower build number installed eg 1.44 for the Aston, when i install it it deletes the 1.44 build from the installer, when i use "minimum build" checked it seems to install ok and does not delete the 1.44 build (if this makes sense?) For a skin pack what setting should I use i don't want people to have to reinstall cars after installing my pack, but also I don't want the skin pack to stop working if 397 upgrades the car build.
Regarding your question about the two different options i use always the "update from". I´ve never tried the other one....And on my side i really don´t know what is the solution today for now unpack and repack any RFCMP file after an update?
I think "update from" is when you make a mod for existing car in the game .I was tought that long ago when I did a mod for F3 cars and the mod used the specs of the existing car but I'm not quite sure.
