I am usually the one criticizing users who want something for nothing, but is Zolder going to be the free track that they talked about when the Silverstone license expired?

I'm sorry, but it's too late for me for rF2... pick up all the good you did with with LMU and do an rF2.5 or an rF3, will not install rF2 anymore on my PC...

It looks like shaders are very WIP in this pic. Maybe just very flat lighting. Eitherway, I am very surprised that anything at all is being done.

We have to hope this signals an upsurge in interest for Rf2. From the company and the community. Too many knockers and whiners these days telling you " its finished, move onto something else" . I would like to know what these other great Sims are which can compare like for like with Rf2. AC is the closest but is awful to drive, The arcade players.like it because it is relatively easy, just my thoughts.

Always happy to see a new track and hopefully a sign that rF2 remains relevant to MSG.

Also need Reiza to finalise their rF2 DLC updates.

Left field ......
Personally I would rather see modders tracks in DLC, " Special Editions"

Give them something back, you know they won''t ask.

Dundrod, IOM anyone ?

If simracing was simracing, and simracers were simracers. Then there is no chance rF2 would be left aside like this. It just wouldn't happen. There are lots of reasons people chose AC, a lot of them aren't related to physics and realism. But a lot of people aren't even picky at all for physics and realism. Even here in rF2, I see people often choosing such incredible trash over good stuff, and when there is good stuff - they just don't reward it. For example early S397 cars, and what they built later, which were so much better cars.

AC is the way it is because Kunos has been adapting to people, same way with ACC. ACC could have had incredible physics right for the start. I don't even know about whatsup with ACE because I have never tried it, but chances are that if people are complianing chances are that physics are actually great, as well as if they are bad. Because people are weird, and in average they suck at driving so much, that it is not even funny, yes including so called: "I have a 2K rig at home". So if car physics are all wonky and broken - it is not complimenting to drive it, if car physics are actually great, but car is dynamic and sharp around the edge of its limit, then it is also not complimenting and it is demanding precision. Both will be perceived badly by not so great drivers. What makes it all worse, people can't setup cars at all. Assetto Corsa means racing setup in italian, and I guess when Stefano made it, he might have been expecting people to be nerds about physics and how everything works, which obviously includes trying to master art of doing car setup just to get an advantage in races. Here is the punchline, PEOPLE LOVES FIXED SETUPS HAHAHJAHAHAHAHJAHAHAHAAHAHA LOL its funny

I think same ideas were in heads of ISI, when rF2 was being made. They just hoped that people will understand and appreciate the depth and dynamics. Well, they didn't and they don't. Still IMO it is a mistake to give it up. And they didn't try enough, at least they would have made some presentations about what the hell did they make, a lot of people don't know about good stuff, and thinks that showing how tires deflect visually is an ultimate thing about rF2...
