If you're on 1132 you're on the Release-candidate (betas in steam). You should go back to "None", but be careful - if you've changed DLC subscriptions in the RC, it will cause issues when you go back. You'll have to undo those first.

Right click RF2 on steam, click properties, and go to the betas tab. Then on the drop down menu, select none.
i have its the third one down the most recent one ! But it shows 1131 and i am running 1132 version so cant play online can i get the right version go back to 1131? And if i do what happens will i still be able to update game?
You need to select "none" as the option, this will give you v1131. When the release candidate goes to public build your game will auto update to v1132.
@joe cronk also it seems possible you might actually be on 1131 and trying to join a server with 1132? Just based on you possibly never having changed version before...
