G-Hub uninstalled ...all ok
Now I will try another previous version of G-Hub to see if it works
So with g hub uninstalled it's closing properly?
Yes. Checked and all OK. Game & ModDev
Just to confirm, uninstalling g hub solved the issue for me as well. Haven't tried yet with older g hub version.
Update...tried with the older version of the g hub, it's closing without any issues, as it was before g hub update.
indeed, starting without ghub solved it
So will the Logitech wheels still work properly with G-Hub un installed? lol .. I have a G923 and Logitech keyboard. Sounds like this is on them (Logitech) ..
I confirm, closing Logitech's Ghub before opening rFactor 2 fixes it and closes correctly. All the best.
same problem for me too
thanks for advice
yep g hub
Buggy logitech software, it just doesn't work as it should. I reckon they try and cram to much other stuff to support (keyboards, mouse etc) rather than having a dedicated wheel driver.
installing an older ghub version (and disable automatic updating) works for me
@Manfredk2 which one ?
and where please
=> edit i found it there https://support.logi.com/hc/fr/articles/360025298133
now my rf2 install is crashing every time
impossible to play
backup your userdata folder, then delete the original and restart rF2.
Or just rename it.
Just a heads up, latest version of the G HUB (2022.2.659) is still producing the same issue.
From my experience as affected, it is not necessary to uninstall the application, you just have to close it in the task bar before starting rFactor 2. Greetings.
Tried that, hasn't worked for me
New Version 2022.2.659 also produces the error. Decision Do not install G-Hub.
Alternative to create profiles for other games: Old Software Logitech Gaming Software (Last version)
I'm using G HUB now, older version, where everything works as it should. So you can use older version, I have 2021.9.7463.
I use G29 for the last 4 years and never installed G-hub, I stayed on the latest version of LGS v. 9.02.65. I don't know if the problem is G-hub, as I said, I didn't install that software, but LGS has never given me that problem you mention about closing RF2.
