Wipers Bug only in Cockpit

Explaining that will be a bit complicated, so, here is a video showing whats happens with the wipers:

I've been experiencing this bug since at least 2 builds ago, when i first started playing the game.

 

This is a known issue in all the builds so far however now in build 198 i dont have ANY movement for the wipers at all so they no longer wipe off the line like they did they simply dont wipe at all now for me ..

 

only wipers working for me, is the corvette c6r, clio,gt classes all are like the video on post 1.

what is logic in this policy? wipers was reported all the time
