Windscreen - all cars, can't see all graphic details

In solo or multiplayer mod, I can't see, for instance, the white arrow pointing cars with players' name above. This "arrow" is visible through side windows, rear view and of course in all open wheel cars...

 

Just to confirm, you are saying the name and arrow are overlaying everything else, right?

 

I think he's referring to the windscreen bug. I still have that too, btw.
