Hi folks. I'm new here. I live in BC and i race at The Ridge Motorsports park in Shelton Washington. I have been waiting for someone to release that track, and ITS HERE!! ya know, I've never used the mod manager. I just 'assumed' it was the packages screen on the pre-New-UI stuff. huh....
I called that the content manager. The "cardboard box" you clicked to open it would pop up "Content" when the mouse was on it. I'd never used the mod manager before either, until a month ago. Now I've got a dedicated server, setup with Steam cmd, the mod manager is vital to install content on the server.
