I can see in the first image that it was raining, BTCC at Limerock Park?
Which session, online/offline? how many ai? etc etc

Thanks a lot for the answer. Will send the data tomorrow.
It was raining a little bit. Online. Live weather. No AI and nobody else on the server. Practice session. It was a couple of times. Also after going back to the pits. First time in T1. Second time in the uphill chicane. The third time in the pits and I hit the Screenshot button.
Car was the BTCC Hyundai. Track: LRP Uphill Chicane.

I tried the same car last night and managed to get the glitch to show again. But I think you can disregard this car. It's a 3rd party mod that has not been updated with all the new windscreen technology. It don't even have windscreen wipers .
I don't own the BTCC car that the original poster reported so can not say if that has the same problem(s).

Thanks for uploading. Seems like the same problem. It was slowly getting sharper after the massive pixels through the window.

The cockpit window shield is repeatedly smoked and pixelated. My personal guess is that 32x32flatN.dds is not assigned, or the window shield shader settings are different on the outside and cockpit sides.

As soon as the course finished loading, I put the live monitor in full screen and waited for the window shield to pixelate.
Weather: All rain
Which session, online/offline? : offline
how many ai : 0 (I don't put AI in because it's troublesome.)
