A lot of the pits and garages are dynamic so dependant on how many cars are running ( ai or Real ) Garages can remain closed, More support trucks can appear and engineers etc, Try adding lots of cars to your race session and see if you see more activity.

i think no. because the track settings is full
since 2015 people, for safety reason, are no longer allowed in the pit lane during the race [emoji12]
P.S.: Sorry for getting of topic but could not resist...
Objects with the name "pitbox01", "pitbox02", etc, are for the pitlane and are displayed only if the car is on the track. This is done to improve performance. If in the garage number 2, for example, there is no car, objects that are called pitbox02 (or ptent02 too) are not displayed.
Until recently some builds could contain nested objects in this way:
<here the pitbox>
<here some details>
<here a team member>
Now this no longer works. The instances nested inside others instances is no longer seen, now you only can see the main instance (pitbox in this case), but not the rest of objects that are nested in it.
The reason?, I don't know, ISI should be who would respond to this.
I have this problem on our Nords_24hour track. It is as Rayo says, broke.
In session settings, set Private Mode or whatever it is called - it starts with Private anyway - to false.
...and it works perfectly in 3dSimEd
Bumping, I also can't see dead people (or alive) at any track / any session either. Where are they?
3d animated track marshals are still there though
Why does ever update seem to fix one thing, break another... quite an immersion killer.
