    Hi guys,

I'm not a modder myself, but I think it's interesting to know if rFactor 2 is going to allow "weird" wheels on the user-developed cars.

    Something like the 3-wheeled Apecar:

I think I'm not the only one who would like to drive the Tyrrel P34:

Or would like to be in a virtual truck race :D

What do you think about it?

I came across this a while ago, I don't know who made the mod and have never actually found it, but this stuff you ask for is possible to do in rf1, although I'm not sure on the twin steer setup.

    Yes and no, mostly no.

That effect was achieved by putting both the LF wheel and the RF wheel in the same place. Visually the same, physically not. Similarly the 'six wheeler' effect can be achieved visually by cloning the wheel models but the physics will only take in to account one pair of front wheels.
