wheels - digital materials display help

    Hello,

    I need your help to create wheels to RF2.

    I manage to operate the LEDs, but I can not run the digital display (Reports box / speed).

    Could you give me a screen materials for use in 3DSmax?

    Have you set the correct instance names in cockpitinfo.ini? Like you have GEARSBK there. You have to set it correctly in the .ini.

    I havent yet done those disps for rF2 myself but I think they should work as in rF1.

    Like in rF1 BMW F1 you got this:

    GearsFont=BMW_FONTLCD.BMP
    GearsBackground=BMW_gearsbk // default is "READOUT.BMP"
    GearsScale=(2.1, 2.5) // how big to draw the font onto the background

    So in max you would have gears material named BMW_gearsbk and I would also use bmp named BMW_gearsbk.bmp as the texture for this material. And note that theres texture needed for the displays font.

    Cant see the picture here atm but if I remember correctly everything else was looking good. Someone can correct me if I remember it wrong :)

    ISI thank you to provide us with tools that work, I uninstalled my RF2 is a new installation and it does not work.

    I created my mod, and it works.

    So your Devmod does not always work correctly.

    The game is in BETA OK, but at least give us reliable tools.
