Get the elite pedals. The load cell makes braking sooooo much easier. You can always get the shifters at a later date. Eh? They're pretty much identical inside.
Apparently there is slight ffb optimizations in the FFB of the CSR, I don't know how much of that is B.S. or true, however the wheel is also lighter and this provides a slightly more alive and quicker wheel than the GT2/GT3RS. It is apparently slightly less damped feeling as well. I have read from more than one person who has tried both wheels/all 3 wheels that confirmed this, plus... - 7:06 "Faster and quicker turning than other 911 wheels from the past" - 7:38 on the 911 wheels "this wheel is slightly dampened by it's center mass".... on the CSR wheel "it's quick, it's even a little twitchy by comparison" - 6:22 CSR compared to the 911 "lighter wheel rim so quicker to react" Also, it apparently has better cooling than the 911 wheels.
