    Hey
I have modded a lot of tracks for RF1, and used to make the AIW driving fastline etc. with my Logotech G25.
Problem I have in RF2 in devmod is that it seems that my wheel isn´t recognized, and it is too difficult to drive witg a keyboard. :)
Anyone have the same experience and perhaps know hot to solve it?

    Best regards
    Normark

What I did was copy the userdata folder to the devmode folder to use my wheel in devmode.

Thanks, it solved the problem. There are no controller specific files in devmode, so it fix the problem to copy the G25 file to userdata in devmod :)

from one years i have the same problem: my steerig-wheel become crazy in devmod.
i tried reloading profile from main game, deleting all controller profiles in devmod, recalibrated the wheel from zero in devmod but nothing changed.
    any solution?

If you're talking about the FFB going crazy, you have to run strength as low as it goes to sort of fix.

@Mauro If your Problem is a much too strong FFB, like @nonamenow supposed, you can also use the Beta Build "previous-moddev" (Race Control doesn't work with that).
That is what i do currently, because i have a much too strong FFB in DevMode with the default Build, so that i have to lower the Multiplier to 0.03, to get "normal" Forces, but then the FFB doesn't feel good anymore.
So i use the "previous-moddev" Build, that has the old/good working FFB in DevMode.

yes the problem is the ffb that goes crazy.
I didn't know the devmod was broken regarding the effects on the steering wheel.
but is the problem present for all steering wheels?

so if a modder wants to work on ffb effects, he must necessarily use the old devmod version

Yes, it’s an issue with the latest build.

I can not really Answer this, because, if i remember it right, some Users did report that they have no such Problems.
As said, i do it, because the FFB for me, feels broken in the current default Build DevMode, because i have to set the Multiplier to 0.03.

    BTW I use a G920 Steering Wheel.
