Phillip Island, Hampden, Sandown, Mt Panorama, Sydney Motorsports Park, The Bend, Surfers Paradise and Adelaide are all good Aus/NZ tracks.

Only ones that are 'too short' are , Symmons Plains and Barbagallo.
Ipswich, Phillip Island, Mt Panorama, Sydney Motorsports Park, The Bend, Surfers Paradise and Adelaide I have and agree they are amazing tracks. But tracks around 2.2 miles and shorter are basically only good for low powered race cars which I find boring. :)

The exception is Barbagallo which is great for the Australian V8 Supercars.

That is great news about a laser scanned Cadwell, I look forward to it!

I had been using an old Bathhurst mod and only recently downloaded the 2016 version from ISR ...what a quality mod!

An official Brands Hatch would be top of my list but i reckon Spa will probably the next one added by S397.

I don't know how it all works exactly, but most entertaining stuff is never most popular in simracing, will never understand it.

This being said, I am happy that Brands Hatch is not the last in the voting. Makes me feel that it is not all so terrible.

I look similar. Spa is ok. Bathurst is very interesting, as is Brands Hatch. I personally love rollercoaster tracks like Cadwell or Atlanta Motorsport Park. Too bad they are not represented in voting .

I'd say there are hundreds very good tracks to include. Not even touching the historic stuff - with that it would be probably three times more.

My second place would probably be Barcelona, but older layout as called "Moto" in AC. I never knew much of that track before it was released in AC, but I had some of the best online racing in that track. It is very intense as race track. The more modern layout is not so good, particularly the last chicane is just simply stupid. Probably worse than T1 chicane at Monza.

Moto doesn't tell me anything. I'll take a look at it. And Monza is the track I hate and fear the most. Not only the first chicane but also the 2 Lesmo are always a problem for me. Even the last curve before the finish finish kills me regularly. this route is indeed a big challenge that I avoid anyway. I personally don't find anything spectacular at Spa. But unfortunately the focus will probably be more on the mainstream

Spa is remembered with reverence by those simmers who grew up with GPL. It is a sought after license in it's modern form because it ran 24hr non Le Mans type races when most other circuits did not. Add F1 to it's cachet and you have a track many want. I felt the same about Road America, a blazing fast track that often had some of the slowest online cars running events there.

Road America, Mosport, Pacific Raceways (aka Seattle International Raceway, aka Kent), and Nelson Ledges have retained the flavor of their original '60s implementation. Sure, RA has more apex room, Mosport is significantly wider, and PR has a kink in the main straight, but the bones are still there. Watkins Glen has retained it's '70s character despite including the bus stop. Most every other track I can think of have had renovations that removed their original character.

I think SPA is victim of its popularity it is just being worn out too much, that it is kinda becoming annoying. This being said I am a fan of late 80s and early 90s Spa the most, classsic spa lacks few more turns IMO, though it is fun for same reason too, for highspeed and little braking.
