You can set the ports to use in the Multiplayer.json

I have added that port to both firewall and my modem but still no data transfer.

Can you host a server using Hamachi on rFactor 2?

Or can you use an IP address to host an rFactor 2 server?

You can't host LAN only servers if that is what you are asking for. You need the matchmaker, no way around that.

It would be easier to judge your situation if you would show with screenshots what you have configured until now. Did you forward both TCP and UDP for the simulation port? HTTP is TCP only. When you say you configured your firewall, which firewall are you talking about? The built in windows firewall?

Well I have configured the ports in windows firewall but I also have Norton but I have turned it off so it shouldn't affect it. How do you get the match maker?

Ok -- people cannot seem to connect to my server called URD EGT Sao Paulo.

    These are my server settings:

Is there anything obviously wrong here?
