i would like to see the basic run down of how to get started.. all plugins need for 3dsmax, how to get an rF1 car into max, then converted into rF2 gmt's most files are rF1 style, and modders should have very little trouble setting up physics,and getting the cars into the game. i think once new 3Dsmax users have a clue on the main transfer of a car to rF2 state, the rest is by trial and error. for myself, new to 3Dsmax, this is my biggest hurdle, unless 3Dsimed is updated in the near future,
Plugins for max are in the game directory under support/tools. I think there is a rfactor 1 GMT Importer out there for 3DSMax, but not sure. Being completely new to rFactor modding, but a long time 3DSMax user, I would like to see a guide from start to end on car modding, from having the vehicle model.
