What is the loading order for mas files?

If a component has more than 1 mas file and there are duplicate files in 2 of them, which file gets used?
To answer that we need to know what order the mas files are loaded in and whether it keeps the first or last occurrence of the duplicate files.

I thot I'd ask to see if anyone has already figured this out before I try to put together something to test it.
 
My personal Opinion: don't use 2 or more Files with the same File Name and different Content in the same Component.
Serious Question about it: why should it be necessary to do that?
 
Just my two cents – please correct me if I’m wrong: if you have a look at the tracer file, I think that’s where you’ll find the order in which rFactor does things :)

I am trying to override some .dds files in an encrypted mas file.
The tire textures are much too light. I have the rF1 version of the car which is not encrypted.
So I do have the necessary .dds files.
Trying to conjure up a way to use them after I adjust the brightness.

Corti : I will look at the trace file but I don't think I will be able to tell the load order from it.
