why the track conditions are wet when the configuration is on clear weather with 0% rain in solo mode whether with the new interface or not?
Perhaps you had a wet track before and loaded clear weather, but it started with same real road as in previous session. Or the track has a real road setting of wet track. It is not unrealistic to have wet track and sunny sky, I have seen such in real life when I was away from computer once
This may be because you have the user autosave option on in real road settings, it remembers the track from when you last used it, so if it had been raining in a race before and the next time you go on track and its clear, the track will be as wet as when you left it
