Hi, I'm having the same problem on my server. The track temp doesn't change as it should. With rain, 0 degree, track temp is still 38ª. How can I add cloud cover with the same air temp? Thanks!!!

Choose realroad not generated in the weather settings :-)
 
When playing online make sure you set the correct ambient temperature in the dedicated server at least for the start of every session. The fact you see the ambient temp from the plugin and a track temp that it's way off it's due to the fact that the game generates the track temp from the ambient temp set in the dedi, which by default is 22 degrees celsius, leading to unrealistic ambient-track temp combinations.

If you set in the dedi the same ambient temperature the plugin gives you for that location then the game will generate the correct track temp according to the location and the date set in the track gdb (which is important as well, as different times of the year will give different temps!)
