you are not connected to your plugin (server). How shall it work? Also the query for data to owm seems to be broken.
Well rain definitely worked with OpenWeatherMap yesterday! I have been meaning to ask. Is the "rain limit" a limit to how much total rain will fall or a limit to how fast it will fall?
Do you really used "ID = 0" ? I mean, it probably works, but I never use 0 in anything unless I want it to be off. Just as a "safety" measure
Hi Stefan, thanks for your plugin. I am just trying to use in manual mode and I understand from your readme file that quote "For V1.13 the last applied weather data is internally stored and reapplied for new sessions, and all kind of session restarts AND go to new track / track reloads." I have a connection to my dedi server and if I hit apply it does apply the weather setting I have set in manual mode but it is not keeping them between sessions.... when I go to quali or race etc. it introduces 20% rain (and actually gives rain on track) and changes wind speed. Is there a way to fix this? I keep needing to go back to the client and clicking apply between each session to fix the weather back to no rain. Thanks. *** EDIT *** Sorry Stefan I think I just need to wait 5 seconds or so for it to update each session... it seems to be working now. Cheers
Sorry don't know if this has been answered before.. Can I use this program for historic weather, or only real time weather?
i tries the plugin and set it like some other people here when o play AMS 2 real time weather at daytona its raining when i do the same in rf2 it has clouds only same hour of the day for both games not sure if its still working i have both API keys for climacell and openweathermap
Same weather station? Ex.: Maybe Jacksonville it's rain info & Orlando no rain. Remember Spa-Francorchamps.
@Stefan_L_01 Is it possible that the webaddress for the API call to ClimaCell_V4 is outdated? No matter what I try, I'm getting an error "webquery failed: Unable to connect to the remote server." Looking in my ClimaCell (Tomorrow.io) backend, the API call should be made to https://api.tomorrow.io/v4/ now...
2nd this. Worked on Monday, not today. So it seems like there has been some kind of change somewhere. EDIT: Ouch. Stefan hasn't been online here since May.
@Myrvold Works again for me as well, thanks for the heads up. Strange though, I guess it must've been something on the Climacell side then...
I am facing an issue with the weather client. The client gives an "401 Unauthorized" for newly created OpenWeatherMap API keys. I am having a key created a few years ago which is working just fine but if I create a new API key with the same account the client gives me a 401. The issue persists if a new account is used. The API (...api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/weather?lat={lat}&lon={lon}&appid={API key}) works fine for all API keys. I want to migrate to a separate account for the league weather tool since I could need the free quota for my own projects.
