WCEXTRA Problem

    Hello

    I have this Problem:

    I have my car. WCCARBODY and WCEXTRA1 until WCEXTRA4 works. But now i have WCEXTRA5 and it doenst work. I dont know why. The MAt name is WCEXTRA5, the name from the texture is WCEXTRA5 (from the veh name is: WilliamsEXTRA5) and it doenst work. For the other (WCEXTRA1-4 (WilliamsEXTRA1-4) works.

    Do you have the same Problems or what can i do?

    And one another question:
    I have few of objects where the material settings of the transparency is set to Multiple. Where do I set that up in the 3ds max?

    Im using WCEXTRA0 - 8 and all work fine.

    And to set up transparency in 3dsmax you need to set the Source and Destination blend modes of the material to Src Alpha and Inv Src Alpha respectively.

    because of the transparency i will test it now :)

    I had some mats with WCEXTRA0 and it kept crashing game. Using WCEXTRA1 on the same material fixed that so I'm not sure 0 is still available. Perhaps ISI can humor us with a Special Matt name list ;)

    i had problems with wcextra0 working aswell...so in the vehicle file i put this... Extra0="Helmet" (but you can put whatever you like in the quotes)...then renamed teams dds to XXXHelmet.dds...fixed the problem :confused:

    Ah guess that could have been it. No dds where indeed assigned via VEH to be used as EXTRA0. Before rf1 defaulted to assigned stock dds file.
