Hi, When i start in "normal" mode without VR the game runs fine. But when i switch to VR the game freezes in the menu. I can move the mouse a bit, but when i touch a menu button the game freezes en VR content loading apears. Finnaly the game crash. Working with the Oculus Rift.
Hi, I had exactly the same problem, and found the solution by chance ! I am using the Valve Index. To avoid this crash, you have to switch on Steam VR and use his interface to launch rF2. Don't use your standard Steam menu on your desktop to launch rF2 in VR mode. If you try to launch VR using only the rF2 launcher, you will have the crash you described. I hope it helps.
