Virtual Mirror size and position adjustments (feature request)

At some point (hopefully) there will be a rework of the simoverlays. One feature which would be nice is a size and position adjustable virtual mirror.

I requested this in ACC and they thankfully implemented it, so maybe rF2 can do this too
