Hi. Been having loads of fun in practice session this afternoon, performance is great with 23 howstons on track(I know, wrong era, but what can you do ). I've noticed the pit-out lights are randomly not working, maybe 1 out of every 3-4 times leaving the pit they aren't lighting up for me. Once again, thanks for sharing this classic early.
I've been doing a couple of laps with the Howston. First time I drive this track in any game. It was great fun Good looking track with good framerate too. Thank you!
Got home from work and here's Le Mans! also got new car from Ales, and a new test on another car. It's not my birthday for a few more months! Thanks for the early ver. .90 release! It deserves a lot of these !!!!!!!!
Sorry if dumb question but "haze" look in the distance intentional? Are others seeing this? Weather is set to sunny 11am and also see this on another online server but not sure if just me? I will post screenshot if helpful when I get back to my PC.
This is a great track and it is beautifully created for rf2. I am really enjoying it. I do have one question though. Has the road been mesh smoothed to work with rF2's new tire model? Or is the road geometry unchanged? If it is unchanged I think it would be a good idea to smooth it as was done with the latest Nords conversion so it works correctly with the new physics. Anyway thank you for all the hard work.
Having a lot of fun with this. Just one problem though. The AI don't seem to want to refuel. Any way to fix this? Or is it something that needs to be changed in the build itself?
Had a run with Howstons and a couple others, and this track is addicting. Wonderful visuals overall. Some flickers here n there, but the atmosphere is nice. Somehow I felt right at home Thanks for the hard work!
Yes I saw this too. Looked quite good as it was 9am and seemed like an early morning mist/haze. If it is intentional, then cool. If not, still cool unless it appears all the time. Didn't see any haze in the distance at night though
Thanks for the release Team VLM, nice visuals & FPS friendly, top stuff lads. Had a run online in the Howstens, great fun indeed. One thing that's needed when running the Howstens though is the brake markers need to start around 600m mark.
Yeh I`ve noticed this to kw... I had my car controlled by the AI after a lap or two so I could study the track and although fuel was needed, the car went through the pits but never stopped for any fuel. This happened twice.
