Max. Here 2 screenshots, first in Lonch Drummon and second in Le Mans, identical car and settings: It's more darker than i actually see it, i guess because of the rfactor 2 capturer (F12), but i hope the difference can be seen.
I think that's the old "casting darkness" bug with the current headlights, have you tried turning hdr off? Cheers, Uwe
Looks like the new default "black point" setting introduced in the new build. You have to switch this off (0.00) during night in the hdr profile or drive without hdr.
HDR on, no specific profile. With HDR off, lights work perfect. "But" night seems much more brighter with HDR off, even with clouds (in all tracks). Sorry for this offtopic. How can i do this? Thanks.
Here is a hdr profile I made for the Ring yesterday. Extract it into the Le Mans settings Folder and pick the profile before race in the settings menu. It will not work perfect, because of different times for sunset, sunrise, but you should see the difference. View attachment Ring_TouristV0.97gBuild342V1gamma2.hdp.zip
Thanks for the profile Tosch. Any idea why the two profiles I packaged up with the track don't show up for selection?
@ethone A wonderful experience driving on this track, the atmosphere is amazing, top job! Also very nice of you to implement a performance guide to easily set the gfx. How is the overall optimization in this v0.9?
You have to add the line "ProfileVersion=1.01" on top of the profile. BTW, I just had a quick look at the track and it looks funtastic! Performance is great as expected from you guys.
Works great, thank you!! Running in this track at night it's magic. Been testing the track with a lot of cars this afternoon and i got to say it's an amazing work.
