Hi! My problem is the representation of the environment in the distance. I have everything on ultra in the graphics settings. System 12900K and 4090. Unfortunately, rfactor 2 renders distant objects, such as trees or the Nurburg, etc. only at shorter distances, so the environment appears unreal. I have already tried with the nvidia 3D settings and strangely it worked once, then again not. What do I have to set so that the distant environment is rendered and visible, and not only appears when I am close to it? THX
The Chevi GTE, you mean it depends on the car? This is one thing I do not tested. I thought I could manage it in the player.json, but didn't find something. Thanks for your response!
Actually I was thinking if it's some mod car the camera might be configured strangely and cause that. If it's one of the GTEs it should be fine. Can you take any video/screenshots to show what you're describing? That will help determine if it's normal or something you can potentially fix.
Now I have set it like this and everything is drawn immediately. I am now a bit confused where this comes from. At YT I have a video, there you can see exactly what I mean! From minute 6:30 you can see the delayed drawing. I had recorded this with Streamlabs, but without Streamlabs it was also there! I hope someone can tell exactly how to turn off this drawing error. By the way: with the graphics settings it runs super smooth, even in the rain. Additionally I put reshade with quite a bit of correction on it.
i WAS hoping to see the second trip down the straight, to see if the popup was still there or if it was cached and displayed sooner.
That's not how it should look, can you post your player file from rFactor 2\UserData\player? Or download the one from the post above and compare it to your own.
I found something: Broadcast overlay in mine: 1 yours 0, I will test and compressed textures mine 1 yours 0
